    Your insight has been so helpful to me. Thru my present counselor I am starting to practice exercises for mindfulness to help with my chronic menieres and Mav. Still trying to get a solid diagnosis about the MAV but my Ear Specialist feels I do. Seeing a headache specialist in October and using techniques of meditation, massages, chiropractic adjustments and deep relaxation thru cds and free offered on line. This has been helping. I am happy I also found you as we do have similar symptoms and I feel I can learn alot from you.

    I didn’t realize how much mindfulness and awareness of the body went together. My therapist always practiced mindfulness, and it was effective in refocusing my negative energy. Accepting it and then letting it go.
